Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VIC Nutrition. We aim to make shipping clear and straightforward. Below, you’ll find information about processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and international orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most weekday orders are processed within 24 hours.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Processing may take longer during periods of high demand. If your order experiences a processing delay, we will notify you.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 8–14 business days, depending on your location. This estimate does not include order processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on your destination and order details. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has been packed and handed to our fulfillment partners, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Use the tracking details in that email to check your shipment’s progress.

International Shipping

VIC Nutrition ships worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Delivery times may vary depending on local customs procedures and postal services.

Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Packages

If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the carrier may redirect your package to a local collection point. Packages may be held for up to 7 days, depending on the carrier’s rules, before being returned to one of our international warehouses.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect shipping address or recipient unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply. This fee will be the equivalent of €5 or the original shipping cost, whichever is higher.

If the package cannot be recovered and additional product costs are incurred, those costs may also be charged to the buyer.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout and monitor your tracking information for delivery attempts or collection instructions.
